I had a very mixed experience during my stay. The resort is beautifully located with lovely surroundings, including a lake and pool, and my family room was spacious and well-fitted. However, the cleanliness and upkeep of some areas, particularly the restaurant and other facilities, were disappointing. I appreciated the helpful service regarding my lost item, but overall the dining options were quite limited during my visit.

Our stay at the resort was enjoyable overall. The family spa room was roomy and the dinner room service was excellent. The pool was warm enough for our kids, and the grounds were lovely. However, we found the use of a strong-smelling detergent in our room quite unpleasant, which required us to air it out before we could relax. Additionally, while the restaurant offered a nice selection for breakfast, the lack of room service for it was a downside.
